South Pacific Resources Limited Prospectus – Notice to Prospective Investors

The Public Offer

South Pacific Resources Limited (ACN 073 099 171) (SPB) lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission on 22 November 2019 (Prospectus) for the offer of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of AU$0.40 per share to raise AU$14,000,000 before costs (Public Offer). The Prospectus also contains offers of 210,274,171 shares to Takmur Vendors and 17,675,376 performance rights to the manager or its nominee.
